Have you got your gym clothes, runners, water bottle, etc. ready to go? Yes, I do! They are sitting on the back of the couch to grab as I run out the door.
What is your exercise plan? I will be doing Zumba for 30 minutes a day, and Biggest Loser Ultimate for 15 every other day.
Do you know what diet you will follow? Found some recipes? Have you stocked up on the foods? I will be following the Spark diet. I love the SparkRecipes site for yummy recipes to try and have been *pinning* them to my Pinterest board. I haven't stocked up on food yet, but am making my grocery list and will have it done by the end of the week.
Do you know how to connect with your team mates? Absolutely! Will be reading blogs, giving SparkGoodies, and words of encouragement!
Did you put your Winter 5% Challenge Commitment on your page? Yep! Just updated it!
I'm so ready for this challenge to begin! I am in such a great need of the motivation it gives!
