Too Tired to Go to the Gym a.k.a. Listening to My Body

I won't lie. I didn't eat enough throughout the day, and I was so tired and hungry by 5p.m., I had to come home and eat. It was a stressful day, nah, maybe just a long day. Anyway, I came home, ate a quick vegetarian dinner, and now, I'm almost back to normal. However, I am currently wearing my work out clothes, and promised myself I would bike for 45 minutes. Intervals baby! I could technically take a day off, but I don't think so.
The point is that instead of stressing myself out and going to the gym, I actually did what was best for me. Yay! I also have a lot of work to do, and this day and tomorrow are my designated days to hoof it, so I have less to do on the weekend. In any case, in about two hours, I am going to get on that bike and watch some no brainer shower.
