Fitness Test Results from Gym

Walked a mile in 13:30 which is excellent.
Did 75 body weight squats before they stopped me, probably could have done 25 more
Did fifty reach ups, like crunches before they stopped me.
Can touch my arms together behind my back at diagonal which I couldn't do at all last year!
Passed all flexibility exercises.
Their bodyfat meter said mine is 40%.
I'm still obese, but I passed all the tests at the highest level for my age group!
And I improved upon everything from last year even though I weigh a little more.
