Spent the day curled up with a good novel from Nora Roberts. I love her books. Did get some housework and other goals done as well. No walking though. Have to give my legs one day of rest a week. Yestarday I stayed below the 2000 calorie mark, just barely.
My goals for Tuesday are:
15 mintues of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 mintues of housework
10 minutes of strengtht raining
45 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or below the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
