emoticon I thought it was going to be a drag to track every bite I put in my mouth, but I'm actually becoming addicted to it. It is definitely making me think twice about what I'm putting in my mouth and I am planning ahead for my meals. Sparkpeople is fantastic and probably a lifesaver for me. I find myself exercising just so I can log it into my tracker.
