This is my Winter challenge commitment.
I will exercise for at least 10 minutes a day for the 56 days of the challenge. I will be changing my exercises to keep a variety going for my body.
I will still be following my special Post op diet for my Gastric bypass that I had.
On my Team page I will record my daily exercise and living the good life points.
On Saturdays I will weigh and record it. I will check in with my team daily and comment on the discussion board.
I will read and comment on blogs as I have the time.
I am ready!!! Let's go!!!
