The only way you would truly have a blew it week is the one that you give up. You didn't do that so in my book you are still doing great on your journey. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Put the book about the little Blue engine out where you can see it..."I think I can...I think I can...I think I can...I think I can...until soon you will be able to say "I Thought I could...I Thought I could...I Thought I could...

One day at a time we will overcome!!

Once your meds are right, probably all that fluid will leave and you will see that the hard work paid off after all.
I find eating 1/2 of a lemon, followed by 2 cups water really elimates the extra fluid while I am at rest.
Take care and best of luck.

Get some good rest while you're keeping your healthy lifestyle and the new meds. The number on the scale isn't the sole standard of a healthy body =) Feel better soon!

You have a great attitude about this"set back". Keep up with the exercise, it is doing good things for your health! When the meds get settled you will certainly be wowed! emoticon

Until you get settled with your meds, you will probably not know what is really true. I went through big time yo-yo due to meds several years ago. Use your common sense and forget the scales and measuring tape until you settle your intake of different meds. I was so frustrated one time I went to my pulmonologist and when he asked what he could do for me, I gave him an ear full. I told him at the age of 65+ you should not feel like you are 9 months pregnant. He started asking all my meds (he had prescribed them)and their dosage. He said to cut one in half and see how I did. Well I immediately lost 6 inches off my waist within the next month. Please do not get too discouraged, the meds can make it more of a challenge, but it can be conquered. Hang it there, you can do it!!

You can do it. I can be frustrating when we have set-backs. However hopefully your doctor can help you on your journey
