Doing home workouts: A.M.? Noon-ish? Evening?

I'm still doing "plateau-buster" programme with Spark Coach.
Today I'm doing an evening workout. Getting ready to JUMP on the trusty mini-trampoline. After that? Maybe kettlebells.
Lately my schedule's moving around, so my workouts are "moving," too.
Still really want to get out outdoors and BOUNCE! Doggie loves when I combine that with his walk. So do I! LOL.
A.M. workouts are great, as it's nice and quiet. Afternoon workouts rock when your body's warmed up for serious moves. Evening sort of depends...
And anytime is good for yoga.
