For the 5% Challenge I commit to:

1. Track all my food every day and stay within calorie range.

2. Exercise 45minutes, 6 days per week.

3. Drink 8 glasses of water per day.

4. Encourage my fellow Teddy Bears.

5. Be fully committed to the challenge and my team.
