OK, been doing alot of challenges lately and put one to rest as of Saturday. That was the Official SP January Jump Start Challenge. I did it and got my little trophy. Guess I didn't win anything though. I put in alot of exercise minutes on a pretty regular basis and wonder how so many other people put so many more in each day? I have a flexible job, but I gotta work sometime!

i want to get a few more minutes in today to add to my last chance minutes with the BLC, but I"m still a little weak from yesterday's bout with the funky monkey. So, may try harder tomorrow.

I didn't make it to Curves today. My friend and ride got called into work. I had a feeling I should go this AM and didn't. I always know to trust those gut instincts and still rarely attend to them! Oh well.

I'm hungry. Truly hungry. Waiting on Hubby to return from work. Having a stuffed pepper (1/2) and a salad for dinner. My mom made the best stuffed peppers. I hope I don't cry while eating. Oh well, I might.

I need to figure out what to wear tomorrow and if I can hit Curves after work! Hard to think of anything when you are hungry. Well, looks like I need a couple stalks of celery with a Tbs. of hummus to hold me over! So long for now!

    I often feel that everyone seems to put in more minutes than me, but as I have go fitter I have stopped counting some stuff, that is just activity, not exercise

    Sounds like good healthy food choices! great on finishing one challenge - hopefully tomorrow you will feel a bit better for the LCWO minutes!

    Congrats on completing the Jumpstart Challenge. It is amazing how many fitness minutes some people fit into a day isn't it? I found that with the 5% challenge too. I couldn't believe some of the minutes people are racking up. Anyways you are very committed with your minutes and shouldn't undervalue all your efforts.
Hummus and celery sounds delish.

    I have also wondered how some people can get that many fitness minutes it one day. It seems like all they are doing is exercising, no work, nothing.
