This weekend was a challenge...2 meals out on Saturday, big party at our house Sunday. I was pretty careful despite pitfalls. Daughter brought two pounds of Sees candy... We opened, I ate two pieces, others had some and we sent the rest home with her. We send most of the pizza and all of the birthday cake home with her, also. I ate lots of veggies, but also nibbled on some less healthy items. Still, when all was done I only overindulged by about 300 calories for the weekend. I feel like I just dodged a bullet. Now, I'm back on track and hoping for a great week! Wishing you a great week, too!
