getting back up

The fall I took 2 weeks ago is a problem. The Dr thinks I have torn the tendons in my right elbow, it was slowly starting to feel better but did something in sleep and today it is really painful. The Dr wants me to start Physio but the first date a available is the 22, so until then it will be ice and gentle stretches. On the bright side I had a little sit me down with myself. I think I need to do them more often. Since February is heart month, my goal is to something every day that will improve my heart health. I am not planning anything on the grand scale but can do do one small thing each day.
