Wow! I am exhausted. But, because I believe that the success of this undertaking is dependent upon PLANNING, I have been so busy today. Seems like it went this way: Weigh-in, eat, work out, eat, grocery shop, eat, food prep, eat...well, you get it. Because I think fresh, steamed veggies are the way to go, I have been busy planning and prepping. I steamed cauliflower, broccoli, brussels sprouts, and carrots. I also snapped and cooked a big pot of green beans. Prepared a big salad with romaine and leaf lettuce, tomato, bell peppers, and onions...should get me through the week, or at least several days. WHEW! But feeling good about this. It is good to have options, and also good to have direction/have the diet spelled out. I have gotten support from the Happy Shredders FB people, and also happy to see that 3 others in the Shred Spark group have also started today. Tonight I will cut up a grapefruit so that it's good to go in the morning. Happily, I have not been hungry at all!
