As of last Friday, 2/1/13, I am down to 122.5! Only 2 1/2 pounds to go and I'll be at 120. Tried something a little different this morning because I'm getting burnt out on some of the P90x workouts, and did one of my old dvds, a FIRM total body workout that alternates aerobic intervals with strength training. Felt good to do that one... I could do it pretty well before, but I can do it even better now that I've lost a little more weight and am stronger. Tomorrow though, it will be back to P90x - doing X Stretch tomorrow. Think I may start throwing some of my old workouts back in once in a while though.
