You may think I'm talking about sore from exercise. But the truth is I'm not as sore as I was before I started doing more exercice. I have had a lot of pain in my low back and priformis muscle's, hips. I still am hurting but not so bad now. So I must be doing something right!. Been on the treadmill and doing stretches and floor exercises. Also was on the total gym today.
My eating habits are are slowly changing. However Hubby has been wanting me to make a pineapple upside down cake. It's cooling down and sure smells good. My nose is saying yes , have a small piece, my brain is saying no , don't you dare! I have stayed within all my ranges today. Eating a piece will ruin it!! I hope I can hold out!!
I am headed in the right direction, I just have to keep at it. And not give up!
