Yesterday was the superbowl and I pigged out! My husband wanted "football" food so I grilled shrimp, and made tater tots and some other things. I also drank a lot of beer. I feel blah today. Luckily this did not stall my weight loss. I woke up craving an orange. In FLorida, this time of year, we are lucky because we get fresh citrus and fresh strawberries.
Breakfast/lunch: honeybell orange, beans with peppers, salad.
Dinner: strawberries, beans, salad
I only eat two meals today because I work the night shift.
