The next 100 Days

Hi Everyone! Wow, things are very intense and demanding right now. I haven't really been keeping up with any of my plan, but all of that is about to change.
Just wanted to let everyone know that the countdown has officially begun.
I graduate in 100 Days!!

My goal for the next 100 days is to get my sleep back on track (I have really been slacking because this is a busy semester) and lose some of this weight. My goal is to lose 10 pounds a month for a total of 30 by graduation. I will need the support!

Hopefully I can start my first semester at my new school with the ability to get a decent night's sleep and some new clothes to show off!

    Those are definitely doable goals! Just try to remember exercise is a great stress reliever and helps you sleep! I have to tell myself that a lot!
