Not great food choices but not miserable either.
Took Two back-2-back exercise classes. Each one
hour with 15 min break in between. I had a low fat
cheese stick & 1/2 a Sandwich thin (Carb & Protein)
between classes. I'm beat but feel great. Also got
in a 20 min walk with friends.
I totally forgot it's my grandson's birthday tonight and
they are having a dinner for him at his house. Shrimp
scampi. Yum but? I'll go easy and hopefully have lots
I was up till after midnight finishing up the Ebay sales,
results, shipping, etc. More to list, but hopefully get
that in tomorrow.
