I don't know why I was so worried about this weigh-in this morning. I have been tracking and moving my butt - and the scale shows it!
This morning I weigh 226 pounds. That is 6 pounds down since my re-commitment to Sparking it! My trainer told me that I should expect another 6 next week if I duplicate my last week.
I'm starting to dream about One-derland again. That magical place were they don't put me into class 3 obesity but put me into the middle of class 2. Here is the BMI Classification Scale:
18.5–24.9 normal weight
30.0–34.9 class I obesity
35.0–39.9 class II obesity
40.0 or more class III obesity
For me it looks like:
104-135 normal weight
164–190 class I obesity
191–217 class II obesity
≥ 218 class III obesity
I'd love to get into first class before the end of my gym challenge! Here is to another hard week of counting it and moving it!! I loved the stuffed pepper recipe that I tried last week, and I'm looking for something delicious this week.
