Good day.
Today had a glass of smoothie, a banana, a tangerine, a cereal bar, an apple, a delicious chicken arrabiata soup and a rocket avocado and prawn salad.
Went to the gym, did 5km in 37mins and then some abs and plank.
Have so much marking on atm, such a pain.
Busy day at school tomorrow, hope it goes ok!

Ate no treats :) Not a single biscuit or chocolate or anything :)
