Winter challenge Assignment 1, preparation

Check Points

Have you got your gym clothes, runners, water bottle, etc. ready to go? These are generally at hand so that's not something I need to do specifically. But I have dusted off the treadmill (literally, it's in the garage and I had to de-cardboard box it as well), and recommissioned the exercicyle. Briefly, I'll admit. But "The longest journey starts with but a single step". Right? I've found a spot on the floor where I think my obstreperous set of scales will record most accurately.

What is your exercise plan? I'm already committed to a gym course which runs twice a week for the next few weeks. It also comes with homework. I'll add a daily walk in and stretching. I'm planning to get my DVDs back into use as well.

Do you know what diet you will follow? Found some recipes? Have you stocked up on the foods? I follow Dr Fuhrman's Eat To Live Plan and will continue with that. I need to reduce my number of exceptions to its general principles and have already made a start on that. The kitchen is always full of fruit and vegetables, and as it is summer here so is the garden.

Do you know how to connect with your team mates? Not a problem: I will use message boards, Sparkmail and people's pages to "like" and make comments. I am going to aim to SF new members on my particular team.
