Today will be my First Day

Joined Jumpstart yesterday - received my first email for Week 1. Have to wait until I get home to begin. Started out with normal cereal for breakfast and soup for lunch. Drinking lots of water. No complaints - will try to keep up with Yesterday I felt good, today I feel great and tomorrow I will be excellent.

    Had the Turkey Mexican dinner last night. I thought it was great. Spinach put on top with some low fat cheese. Left on the heat just long enough to wilt the spinach and melt the cheese. Hubby wasn't impressed but I don't care. It was good for me food.
