Update 1/28 to 2/3

This past week has been going well, life and healthier lifestyle. Submitted 3 applications online last Monday for a couple of different positions at banks near my home. Friday I had gotten a call to come in for an interview today :) I'm thinking it went well because they want me to come back tomorrow for an interview with the Regional Manager!! YAY! Super excited about that!
I completed all my workouts planned for this past week! I even increased my weights from 3lb to 5lb during 30 Day Shred! YAY! My stats for this week :
Mileage-> 8.17 miles
Day Exercised-> 6/7
Weight loss-> 2.2 lbs
Upcoming week goals :)
1. Treadmill- week 5 of C25K (walk 2/ run 3 5x)
2. DVD 3x- 30 Day Shred or Biggest Loser Cardio Max
3. Elliptical 2x- at least 20 minutes
4. Calories in range 6 out of 7 days
5. WATER, WATER, WATER!!!
6. Make sure there is enough protein in my diet :)
Feeling pretty good about my upcoming goals and excited to finish this week out with a bang! Already completed my first C25K week 5 workout this morning! Aiming to add .06 of a mile by the end of week!
