2/4/13 ~ 212.8

Monday, February 04, 2013

I overslept today, and will just be having chicken, onions, peppers ( red, yellow, orange ), and mushrooms. Plus a snack of macadamia nuts and applesauce.

My brother has had a big week. He is involved with the 5 year plan for Parks & Rec, and will be doing a presentation tonight. Also he received a letter a letter about being on the Dean's list at school. He had trouble with math, and got a C I think, but doesn't have to take any more math classes.Still made over a 3.25 GPA, and this semester he is over 100% on all 4 of his classes. His business teacher is new, and worried that his lack of teaching skill will result in poor grades for students, so he gives a lot of extra credit. My brother is at 110% in the class, so I guess you can really give 110% ( or be given it ) ..lol.

I woke up at 1 p.m., and went for my walk, and came home feeling great. I took my pills, while cooking meals, and started getting short of breath. I called my doctor, and seeing her at 9:30 tomorrow, and if they can't figure it out, I will probably go to hospital Tuesday night. I am doing great, and should feel great too. I can get my Coumadin levels, EKG, BP, ICD, all checked at the doctor's office, but for much else, I need to be in a hospital. Bloodwork at my regular doctor takes 2-3 weeks for results. I can't handle another 2-3 weeks of being short of breath, even if only for a few hours a day.

In good news, I am back down to 212.8. Not a new low, but I have been losing good for a month, an adjustment period is normal. Biggest Loser, and Bones on TV tonight, so that will be fun. I enjoyed the Super Bowl last night. Looked like an easy win for the Ravens, but the 49ers almost made a comeback.

Enjoy the rest of the day.

I really hope that they can figure out what the problem is. For a guy who is soo close to his goal weight, that exercises, and watches his diet, you should not be feeling this poorly as often as you have been. Frankly, your heart should not be bothering you at all. The one thing that could do that in spite of your best efforts is an infection. They should look at your white blood cell count.
