cardio intensity

My sparkcoach program today was about increasing cardio intensity, so when i went to the gym and rowed my 5k whereas I my best time previously was 32 mins today I tried to do it in under 30. I managed 30 mins 3secs emoticon so I'm pretty pleased with that. I missed my time but only just, and towards the end I was really going for it!
