This month I'm keeping things simple. I have a lot going on, including my daughter turning 18!! I want to be realistic about what I can accomplish, and what I am willing to do this month.
Mission #1: Continue tracking food, water and exercise.
Mission #2: Ride my bike for at least 14 minutes 5x a week, and keep working with my hula hoop.
Mission #3: Lose 5lbs.
Mission #4: Continue working on doing squats with the weighted bar, making sure my form is correct.
Mission #5: Up my fruit and veggie intake.
Mission #6: Work on cutting out even more processed food.
Mission #7: Lose at least 2 more inches!!
Mission #8: By the end of the month either add a new move to my ST routine, up my reps, or add more weight.
I have my next total weight loss goal set at being 340 lbs by the end of March. I know if I keep my monthly goals short, attainable and constantly growing that I can do this!
