So I found my scale lastnite! It was in my husbands closet of all places... I decided to jump on it this morning. I was a bit leery because of the not so great week I had, but, somehow I lost 3.4 lbs since Jan. 9th! I'm now 142.6lbs! SOOOO awesome! That's a total of 10.4 lbs since November! I'm this close to the 130s again I can just taste it!! I'm also just a couple pounds away from my original SP starting weight from Nov. 2010....

Just goes to show that consistency is way better than perfection. Don't beat yourself up if you had a bad day, or a bad few days. You ARE going to have them. Just keep moving forward. Allow yourself to make mistakes. Learn from them, accept them, and move on... Don't focus on the results, allow yourself to enjoy the process and the little successes on the way... Don't try to do it all at once. Slowly add healthy, smart, choices into your life. Soon enough the good stuff naturally starts weeding out the bad.. I feel so much better about myself this time around. I'm less obsessive about my weight. It's just a natural part of my life now. I eat good, try to be more active, and weight loss is just one of the side effects of doing this... Love it!! Thank you spark friends. Your stories and encouragement are irreplaceable tools to my success!!
