Day 1 Begins tomorrow -
I'm doing a 30 day challenge starting tomorrow - will be doing Cassy Ho's February calendar from Blogilaties using February 1st work out as tomorrows work out and continuing it that way. February only has 28 days so I'll be using March 1st and 2nd as the final two days in my 30 day challenge... I'll be eating 1250 calories a day and having 1 cheat day a week of 1500 - 2000 calories.
My husband has 25 days before he has a physical for his new job so he's going to be getting fit too!
Will post weight and measurements on blog tomorrow!
