Goals for Feburary

I decided that i need to start doing monthly goals so here it goes.

1. Eat Breakfast everyday.

2. Get up on time.

That is it i will check in everyday and let everybody know how i'm doing.

  SMART goals - Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-sensitive

I personally find that more than 2-3 goals is too much for a single session.
