Gaining Weight but losing fat

Scale went up to 151.8 for today's measuring but I have lost .5% body fat since last month. Crazy, I know I am gaining some muscle because I see the definition but I can't stand to see the number on the scale rise. Its been a stressful month so I have exercised and eaten more. Hopefully this month is less stressful!

    That will happen. You can be at a higher weight and wear smaller clothes if you are gaining muscle. Sometimes the scale is our worst enemy.

    Go with the muscle definition and the fit of your clothes.....the numbers on the scale don't account for body composition.

If you're adding muscle & losing fat, you're in a great place.....it just might mean you'll have to buy new clothes!
