Imagine that you're out to dinner and you order one of the healthiest options on the menu instead of your usual order. How does it make you feel to have made the healthier choice?
Last week, we ended up at Subway in a rush and I did take the time to read through their poster of healthier fair to make my choice. It was still to much change and I felt ill later that night, but it was the intent that was correct. At a restaurant - grilled chicken on a garden salad with dressing on the side.
