Alrighty, I started out January weighing 196 pounds, started Feb at 190 and I made it thru SuperBowl Sunday only up 1.5 pounds, so I am pretty excited about that.
Had a lot of fun at my sons house yesterday watching the SuperBowl on his 50 something inch TV, I want ONE. Loved it I could see the score board with out my glasses on. I made us all Chili, cornbread, crab dip, onion dip and guacomole. I was pround of myself, I had some of everything but not a lot of any one thing, well the crab dip but it is very low carb. I didn't feel like I didn't get to have the snacks I enjoy and today, well packed myself my good lunch and feel great.
This month is filled with a Dr appointment for one of use every week. So since we will be traveling out of town at least one day each week, I am going to take healthy food choices with us. We tend to stop at the mini mart and eat crap every time we go out of town. I actually can't wait to go to Chico on Wed to that appointment, we can shop at the bigger stores for fresher produce at a cheaper price.
I am still on my one pound at a time quest. It is such a much more attainable goal to look at the smaller number.
I am enjoying being on Sparkpeople again. Makes it all fun. I am wondering if they have a sparkpeople app for Kindle fire, does anyone know?
