the wonderful wizard of Oz. Hehe! Had to say that because it started snowing again and it's coming down like the field scene in the Wizard of Oz right before they made it to the Emerald City. Of course hopefully I'm in for the day now and don't have to worry about it. I have other things to worry about anyway.
For instance I just talked to my cousin. She's a character and a half and I know you'd all love her, she's so upbeat and funny no matter what's going on. Her dad, my uncle of course, isn't doing too well now days so I called to check on him. He has more health problems than all of us combined I think, but he's still doing okay :) He was supposed to have a cataract removed today, but his eye was having problems so they had to re-schedule it.
Then there's my dad's wonderful neighbor. She is so awesome and will do just about anything for anyone no questions asked. She's in the hospital right now getting ready to have a heart cath because they think she may be having some heart problems. I'm sitting here wondering why someone like her has to have problems when there are molesters and monsters out there who I think should be having them instead of a beautiful soul like her. Not that I'm wishing ill on anyone, but .. well, you know what I mean.
As the snow flies.. now I'm thinking of Elvis. LOL!
On the brighter side of life, I've lost 3 more pounds in the last week and I'm kickin' it up. Wohoo!
I'm been doing videos and walk away the pounds for a while now. Of course I'm normal so when I see good progress, I feel like I can eat that little extra..not so good, thus only the 3 lb. loss. I'm still working on it though and I know I'll get there!
I've been doing really awesome eating breakfast for a while now. :) Breakfast wasn't one of my priorities since I was a youngin'. Thank you Ladyrose! It may only be yogurt or a fiber one bar, but it's something, much more than I've ate for breakfast for years. :)
And I've been doing a boot camp workout that Jaxmommy is posting and I've been working out for that and walking away the pounds! Thank you Melissa!
So all in all, I'm doing good. :) And I'm so happy you're all here to keep me walking forward! Wagons Ho! Yeehaw!
