Truly, I love Mondays!
On weekends I let myself splurge on foods & cocktails but come Monday, I LOVE getting back in the groove.
As a middle schooler, I lost a lot of weight sticking to this method and it worked for many years until I had my kids and life got a little hectic.
So I have decided to go back to that way of life, while still sticking to my spark plan.
I am not going to beat myself up over going a lttle overboard 2 days a week. I will still exercise and make better choices than in the past. I figure 5 days is better than what I had been doing. Eventually, I think I will find that 1 day will suffice , but for now this is what I will do to keep up my motivation
