Falling off track and climbing back up!

I don't blog much, don't really see the point, but I had a rough week and I'm only 4 weeks into my journey. I was sick all last week and didn't go to the gym at all, I ate pretty light and healthy and lost another 3 lbs... but when I started feeling better I ate however I wanted for the last 3 days and as I type this I just finished lunch of leftover pizza and wings from our superbowl party last night. Going to the gym right after work and need that to be my jump start right back into things. I know it only takes a day to undo all the good that I have done and I need to wake up and continue! Any tips on how to stay motivated and active while being sick would really help :)
