So I had a great first month and i lost 10 lbs.! Yey Me!
But... yesterday when my hubby went to watch the superbowl and I was alone, I began eating and I ended up eating too much.
I am not going to let it throw me off course. I ate too much, I just need to get over it and back on track NOW. End of story.
I am going to focus on the positive aspects of the past month and move on toward more healthy living instead of the "old me"... ie: guilt > depression > more overeating > more guilt etc. (the vicious circle)
I refuse to play that game anymore.
