I was really doing well going into the end of January. I ended up losing 11.2 lbs and I had completed 5 days of the 28 Day Bootcamp. You think that would have generated a lot of momentum on its own.
I skipped the workout on Friday and started down the slippery slope of snacking, eating out, not getting in my 10k steps daily, and stopped tracking. I did do day 6 and 7 on Saturday, but skipped day 1 on Sunday. And Cardio? Non-existent.
This just doesn't make sense to me. I don't have an excuse. I was not sick or injured, nor was it a particularly busy weekend.
I just made poor choices and wasted a weekend. I call it a wasted weekend because I had other things I wanted/needed to get accomplished that have nothing to do with healthy living, and I didn't bother to do them either.
I wonder if I ever had any momentum to begin with. Regardless, I plan to get back into it today and actually sneak in some cardio.
