February Goals

Goals for the month:

1.) go to the gym 5 days a week
2.) Log food and fitness on tracker
3.) Blog as often as I can
4.) lose 10 lbs this month

I actually went to the gym by myself today. YEAH!! It wasn't too weird after all and I stayed in the main part of the gym. I thought I was going to be uncomfortable and go into the womens section. But they don't have all the same equipment so I stayed out in the main.
