Well as you all know, this month is the love month. But this year instead of concentrating on finding a special someone to dedicate the day to, I will be dedicating the whole monthe to myself
As of tomorrow, I will dedicate each day to one of my body parts and on certain days even doing something special for that body part
For example, Tomorrow I will start off with my hair, I'm currently transitioning to going natural and I have a full sew in weave. But Ikeep forgetting to oil my scalp, so tomorrow I will make sure that it is oiled :) Wednesday will be for my eyes, I am supposed to be wearing glasses but don't wear them as I should, so from tomorrow Wednesday I will pledge to wear them more often.... You get the picture right???
I'm using this year to regroup,get back to where I need to be spiritually, mentally, and get to where I need to be physically as well. I consider this year as a year of journeys for me. I plan to go natural, get fit (first part of the year, losing the weight, second part getting toned), and stay single. I have found that when I'm in a relationship, I usually put my wee-being second to my significant other's, and you don't have to tell me that thats not right. So until I can find a balance I'm staying happy and single.
Now for my question for all you ladies, do you weigh in once a month or once a week, and why???
