water aerobics

Well, tonight is class number 4 so that means we will be half way done. I am enjoying the classes but on the second class the teacher left us on a task too long and I injured my arm. I didn't know it till the next day. She got distracted talking to somebody and lost track of time I guess.
Aside from that though, the classes are limbering me up and my "performance" above ground is improving so it is doing what I thought it would do.
Now for my arm to get better. It has been 3 weeks. IBU profin, tylenol, and favoring it.
It is actually in the shoulder but it hurts down my arm. I found an exercise I can do to help it heal.

    Sorry about hurting your arm. Hope the exercise works and you are feeling better soon. I had a water aerobics instructor that sometimes got off track by talking to someone and didn't change an activity for a while. When she'd do that I'd just stop whatever it was and do my own thing until she shut up. I figured some movement waas better than none and I was continuting to move.

    So glad you found an exercise class you are enjoying. I really enjoyed water aerobics myself when I lived close enough to go. I even thought about becoming an instructor at one point. Sorry to hear you hurt yourself though - hope it feels better soon!
