So I am one of those weird people who love Mondays. Monday to me means no temptations all day long, I am at work. I have a regular routine Monday through Friday. I get up and exercise before the kids get ready for school, I exercise while the kids get ready for school, I exercise after the kids leave for school then I get in the shower and get ready for my work day.
Sadly this morning I did not get as much working out in as I normally do. Because of being sick I was out of sorts a bit. I did 20 minutes on the bike then took a break, did 10 minutes of strenth training with weights and barely made it through (very unusal for me). Then I did 10 minutes of walk aerobics and broke out in cold sweats, not normal sweats so I stopped. I think I may be pushing myself to much to soon but yesterday I was able to walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes and clean for two hours so it makes no sense to me. But I will listen to what my body says and if it says stop after only 10 minutes that is what I will do for the next few days.
So far today I had for breakfast, vanilla yogurt with 1/2 cup of fruit and a cup of coffee, snack was a bananna, lunch a lean cuisine and piece of dark chocolate and tonight will be turkey meatballs over spaghetti with steamed bok choi. I still have a few calories left over to reach my minimum for the day, though I am low on Proteins and fat. Maybe I will add some cheese to the spaghetti to get more protein and fat.
I worry this week i will not lost the 1.5 pound I orginally planned because of my illness but I will not let it get me down. There is always next week and I am sure I will do just fine.
