Well, yeah, I ate. I'm 1.8 up this morning. But I won't despair because I know a lot of it is water weight due to salt. I had a good healthy breakfast, am planning a good lunch soon, and am back on track. I admit that what I ate tasted good, but Superbowl Sunday is history, and I am on a mission to continue losing weight. There are more days of success than not, so SS, go. The "lights are out" on you!
