Staying within my calories is getting much easier and I don't have that hungry feeling anymore as much as I did the first couple of days when I started but, this week has been the toughest with temptation around every corner. Thursay birthday party, friday food and movie night, Sunday Super Bowl. To much for me to handle I was this close to losing it last night. Of course there was pizza again!!
Luckily, I planned ahead and made sure I saved 300 calories just for that one slice. But it wasn't enough I wanted more. I started jugging down my water and my belly was bloated but my mind kept thinking oowey goowey hot cheese so yummy. I began giving myself peep talks but I think I said aloud like 10 times I want another slice of pizza. I must have been annoying because my little boy says, "mom if you're still hungry you can have another slice just don't put it into sparkpeople" It was the cutest thing ever because he thought just by me not putting it into my nutrition for the day it wouldn't count. He made me smile so much that I forgot about the pizza we curled up on the floor together, we finished watching the game,then we went to bed.
