So last night I decided I would do another Jillian Michaels workout. I have a kickboxing video (as I have mentioned before) that has 3 different workouts on it. I have only done one of the workouts on the video because it's my favorite one. I decided I would pick another one to do instead of my regular one. So I picked this ab workout kickboxing thing...it was workout number 3 on her video, if anyone has it. It was HARD. I survived the workout, but I knew it was probably going to be difficult when she seemed calmer in the video. I feel like she needed to be calmer to sympathize with all the people doing this crazy workout. I about died.

I'm just going to be real. Now I love Jillian Michael's workouts. She is really motivating and I'm one of those people that you have to push in order to get through a workout. She definitely PUSHES. This workout kinda made me dizzy after it was over. I don't think this is normal...so maybe I will wait to do that one again. Lesson learned: I'll stick with the first workout video from now on. I'm getting good at kicking an invisible person's face anyways. :)

    I got dizzy after doing that same workout today, I think mommaslilgunny is right- that lean back stretch is rough- I can hardly breathe during that stretch.

    Hey, Thanks ya'll. Yeah I ate before I worked out. I think it was just a lot to do too soon. I have her 30 day shred video too and it definitely kicks my butt. I just have a love for kickboxing. But She made me do this exercise where you bend over and lift up one of your legs behind you...it's kind of hard to explain. Anyways, it was a lot of bending over and coming back up. So I think it just made me dizzy. But thank you both for the encouragement!

    Did you eat before you worked out? Were you holding your breath? Maybe next time do the reps slower to keep your heart rate a little lower?
I'm doing her latest "Ripped in 30" which is basically a new 30 Day Shred and man is it kicking my butt!

    I have gotten dizzy when I finished a few of her workouts. Mainly when she does a folding hamstring strech then has you looking at the sky to strech your abs right after. That is just equilibrium. Once durring 30 day shred I overexerted myself and barely made it 10 minutes into a 20 minute workout. LOL. Too Much too soon.

Keep it up. Soon you won't feel that way!
