So I made breakfast for the family on Saturday, I ate blueberries and oatmeal. Superbowl Sun. We made fish and chips, Chips and dip, guacamole and chips.... I ate chicken breast and salad. I walked the dog twice yesterday and drank tea instead of beer......I gained. REALLY? WTF. Checked my program I didnt weigh my chicken, I didn't drink my waters, but that's it, I accounted for everything? On the good side, my pants fit again. Maybe next week I'll drop alittle more?
