Week 2 weigh in

Well I totally didn't make my personal goal of 197. But i'm not gonna beat myself up. Red came to visit and we all know how that can be. On that note. Since i've been going to curves for almost two months now, I think it's time for me to add more home workouts to the mix. I want to try and burn 3000-3500 cals per week. As long as i'm being accountable for every thing i put in my mouth and doing my workouts, I think this should def boost the loses im looking for.
So Week 2-Push harder, move more and track track track!!!
