Ok so ive been bouncing the last 2 weeks, between 2 lbs, been struggling...(girl issues) anyways- I thought why not give myself a little challenge. Im gonna "try" to lose 10 lbs in a month. I made up a printed sheet with the title 10 lbs in a month challenge, then down the page put the month and date of my weigh ins. Every week on that date, im gonna put down what I weighed in at on that line.
Now some of u know, ive been struggling with getting insurance, etc. So I FINALLY got insurance, and I got myself my first doctor since I was like 16! So I thought, why not lose 10 lbs before going the dr apt? I know what she would probably tell me, but if I can back up what im gonna tell her back, like listen lady im trying, Ive lost weight and mean it, I will feel a lot better with myself at the end of the day.
I haven't been doing terribly awful, but I haven't been doing super de duper either. So my main goal today is to track. Ive been lacking in THAT department. So ive been half committed, and we all know the only way to see results is to be FULLY committed. So that's my plan yall. As of gatherings etc. I see ONE thing within my 10 lbs in a month challenge that may or may not be an issue, and that's my daughters birthday 3/18.
We will see, one day at a time! So im aiming for 10 lbs. I think its attainable as long as I do what I need to do.
