Every week I get to start fresh! Last week I did great with drinking more water but not so great at working out or eating healthy. But now I know what works for me to get my 8 glasses of water each day! I just keep my Nalgene water bottle full and on my desk in my line of site all day. Its so easy I don't know how I didn't figure it out before.
For my healthy food, I'm going to make it a point to get to the grocery store more often. I don't like going shopping for food so I tend to put it off as long as possible. This results in eating out a lot which means I'm not eating what I should. Now I'm going to use going to the grocery store as a way to get more steps in each day and will buy the quick healthy items (Lean Cuisine and Smart Ones for lunches, veggies/fruits for snacks, etc.). I'm also already planning my meals for dinner for the week by looking up quick and easy recipes that are healthy. I hate to cook so this is the biggest challenge for me. But I can do this!
