I Am NO LONGER Overweight!!!

Monday, February 04, 2013

So, guess what? I am so excited. Per the BMI charts I am NO LONGER OVERWEIGHT. Repeat I AM NO LONGER OVERWEIGHT! I am a healthy weight. I just think that i the most amazing thing. EVER. This has been a really big goal. My next goal is to get down to 155 which is 9 pounds from now. I remember there is a chart that says the weight that a female of 5'9 inches is suppose to be between 135-155. So yea. Woot.

Somehow I lost weight over Superbowl. I guess I chose wisely in having the black bean burger instead of the greasy, fried fish and chips. Nice.

Well, I had a great time at Superbowl. I don't know though, the commercials were not as good as I remember them from last year. Not that good at all. "If you really like it you should have put a generator on it". What was with the black out? It was entertaining. Really.

Congratulations! Wow, that is really a fantastic accomplishment! Agree with you on the commercials for the most part. We had a big debate on the GoDaddy commercial, on many different as a brand awareness commercial, I call them the big winners!

I liked the Samsung commercial with Paul Rudd and Seth Rogen but otherwise, you're right the commercials were kind of a bust. I also liked the Budweiser one with the trainer and his horse -- so sweet. Biggest emoticon ever for making a healthy weight. I dream of it but I won't lie, it seems impossible from where I stand now. I don't think I've been at a BMI healthy weight since high school, maybe briefly in college. But you're providing inspiration so hopefully I can get there, too. emoticon

Oh, HUZZAH for you! emoticon emoticon I am working at getting DOWN to "overweight." Being almost sixty doesn't make it any easier! I don't think I will ever get to NOT being overweight, due to extra skin from pregnancies and loss of elasticity. But if I can get to a low overweight, that'll definitely be an improvement.
I pray the door will open for a job that is right up your alley. If you enjoy working with children and at least finished high school, you might look into being a paraprofessional in your local school district. These are people who help out in special ed or inclusion (mix of regular and special) classes.
Blessings on your journey to a healthy lifestyle.
