After suffering all day yesterday of an annoying headache, then have my boyfriend feel the exact same symptons today, we both decided to quit on the 17-day diet.
So I decided to go back to the Spark People way, because I really think it is the most sensible way around: Mind what you're eating, tracking food and staying on your calorie range.
And I was actually able to convince my boyfriend to join SparkPeople too! And start to track his food! I quite enjoy helping him and it also helps keeping me on track!
Hopefully, even though I'm not doing anything crazy anymore, I'll be able to lose a bunch of weight before boyfriend visits me!
