17-day diet gone! Let's go back to tracking!

Monday, February 04, 2013

After suffering all day yesterday of an annoying headache, then have my boyfriend feel the exact same symptons today, we both decided to quit on the 17-day diet.

So I decided to go back to the Spark People way, because I really think it is the most sensible way around: Mind what you're eating, tracking food and staying on your calorie range.

And I was actually able to convince my boyfriend to join SparkPeople too! And start to track his food! I quite enjoy helping him and it also helps keeping me on track!

Hopefully, even though I'm not doing anything crazy anymore, I'll be able to lose a bunch of weight before boyfriend visits me!

52 days left! I'm excited!!!

I agree totally with GYPSYWOLF. If the changes you make are what you can easily live with on a daily basis, you are more likely to stick with them. It is a Lifestyle Change, not a Diet.

I agree that tracking is the way to go. Changing your way of /life/ eating has to be something that you can maintain, otherwise it will just go back off the rails later on

congrats on everything
